In Bulgaria this lovely bracelet is known as "Entishiya" It is made with several chains, almost like the chainmaille armor of old.  The bracelet does not test as silver and could contain silver, but as often is the case in Balkan jewelry, the silver is of lower purity than 50%. There is a similar, though finer example of this bracelet in the Regional Ethnographic Museum -Plovdiv.

There are slight imperfections in the chains, but nothing to affect the integrity of the bracelet.
